How do I train the chatbot on my data?
Navigate to the Knowledge Base menu in your admin dashboard. You can upload documents like PDF manuals, company policies, DOCX files, or copy-paste text articles. You can also specify public page URLs, and our parsing engine will crawl and sync the knowledge database automatically.
Does the script slow down my website load time?
No, BotBrain is designed to load asynchronously. The script contains the 'async' attribute, meaning it downloads and compiles in a separate thread. This ensures zero impact on your core page loading speeds, user interactions, or Google Lighthouse score metrics.
Can I embed BotBrain on multiple websites?
Yes! Depending on your subscription plan, you can embed the widget on multiple domains. The Pro tier permits up to 10 websites, and the Enterprise tier supports unlimited websites using a single dashboard source.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your active subscription plan at any time directly from the Billing section of your dashboard. Adjustments to pricing metrics are prorated automatically during the current billing cycle.
Are there transaction or conversation caps?
Each tier features a predefined monthly conversation allowance. The Starter plan provides 1,000 monthly messages, Pro accommodates 10,000, and Enterprise plan allowances are custom-scaled to support unlimited monthly conversations.
Is my training data safe and secure?
We prioritize security. All uploaded training files are isolated and encrypted at rest using AES-256 standard and in transit using TLS 1.3 protocol. Furthermore, BotBrain never shares or sells company data to generic LLM providers for model training.
