1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for, accessing, or using BotBrain.ai (the "Platform", "Service"), provided by BotBrain Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not register for or use our services.

2. Licensing & Acceptable Use

BotBrain.ai grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to embed our chatbot widget and query platform APIs according to your subscription tier parameters.

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload material that infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Deploy bots designed to impersonate official government bodies or financial entities.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer core parsing code, bypass context boundaries, or scrape platform directories.

3. Fees, Billing, & Renewals

Certain aspects of our services are billed on a recurring monthly or annual subscription basis.

  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically on the same calendar day each period.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel recurring plans at any time. Services remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
  • Refunds: Except where required by local consumer protection law, paid subscriptions are non-refundable.

4. Disclaimers & Limits of Liability

BotBrain.ai utilizes generative AI models to parse documents and formulate chat responses. We provide the service on an "as-is" basis and make no representations regarding the complete accuracy of chat responses formulated by trained bot instances.

In no event shall BotBrain Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from AI response inaccuracies, database service interruptions, or lead data loss.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with local regulations, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Disputes arising from these conditions shall be resolved in local courts.
